Directions Counseling Center is a state certified mental health clinic that is proud to be part of the UW Health Partners Watertown Regional Medical Center family and the Watertown community.  Our clinic  has been in existence for many years and provides a variety of mental health services and AODA treatment to individuals, families, couples, and groups.
