To comply with HIPAA regulations, all greeting cards that we receive are handled with confidentially and are treated and delivered as if the greeting was placed in the mail. Any e-greeting submitted over the weekend or on a holiday, will be delivered the following business day. Any e-greeting submitted after 4:00pm will be delivered the next business day. Watertown Regional Medical Center reserves the right to discard any messages deemed inappropriate by our staff.
